How do I authenticate to Duo with a passcode?

If you do not have Internet access or a cell phone signal, a passcode will come in handy.

Duo Security offers two different passcode options:

  1. The Duo Mobile App includes a passcode generator.  Click the key to see your passcode and then type in into your web browser.android-passcodes
  2. The Duo authentication screen will text 10 passcodes to your cell phone.

Note: Students have access to Duo SOS to generate a one-time emergency passcode to use when all other forms of authentication are unavailable or not working. The emergency passcodes should be put in the passcode field in Duo Security.
