Not getting a push on your phone or tablet
- Open the Duo app. Are you getting the pop up in the app?
- Is your phone in Do Not Disturb mode?
- Have you gotten a new phone and have you reactivated Duo on your new phone? See this article.
- Restart your phone.
- Have you checked the notifications on your phone to make sure that you've allowed notifications from Duo?
Have gotten a new phone but don't have access to their old phone (for example, a student studying abroad who has put a new SIM card in their phone)
Phone is too old to download the Duo application or wireless is unavailable
- Students, Faculty and Staff can use their Duo mobile app to obtain a passcode, even if they don't have a network connection.
- Students, Faculty and Staff can select passcode on the Duo screen to send 10 single use passcodes to their mobile phone on file.
- If the methods above will not work, a code generator can be supplied by the Tech Desk. ID must be shown to obtain one.
