How do I access Bucknell resources if I lose access to my Duo multi-factor authentication device?

Note: these instructions also apply if you get a new phone that has a different phone number from your existing phone in Duo. 

Bypass Code

Student

During normal business hours, you can come to the Tech Desk for assistance and direction. During evenings, weekends, and holidays, students can request a one-time use Duo emergency passcode.  The Duo emergency passcode should not be used as a long-term option. 

Faculty/Staff

During normal business hours, you can come to the Tech Desk for assistance and direction. During evenings, weekends, and holidays, faculty and staff need to put in a support ticket

Code Generator

Staff at the tech desk can also issue a code generator to faculty, staff, and students if the device is lost, broken, or otherwise unavailable (ID required). The code generator creates a 6-character code that can be used to authenticate with Duo.
