How do I access Bucknell resources if I lose access to my Duo multi-factor authentication device?

During normal business hours, you can come to the Tech Desk for assistance and direction. During evenings, weekends, and holidays, students can request a one-time use Duo emergency passcode.  The Duo emergency passcode should not be used as a long-term option. Staff at the tech desk can also issue a code generator to faculty, staff, and students if the device is lost, broken, or otherwise unavailable (ID required). The code generator creates a 6-character code that can be used to authenticate with Duo.
