New Employee Information & Communication

1. If you are a newly hired Bucknell employee, please set up the following prior to your first day of employment.
(Emailed to employees 1 hour after ticket creation)

  1. BAM - Bucknell Account Management: Locate the email message that contains the instructions for setting up your Bucknell account.   2. Duo Security - Multifactor Authentication: Go to my.bucknell.edu to configure Duo Security. Library & IT recommends that you setup the Duo mobile app on your smartphone, if you have one. Duo Security FAQ: https://bucknell.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/40/LIT/KB/ArticleDet?ID=20
  3. If you have a smartphone (iPhone or Android), please install these two apps from the iPhone or Android phone store:
    • Bucknell University Mobile App
    • Workday Mobile App
  4. When you arrive on campus for your first day of employment, you will need to:
    • Know your Bucknell username and password.
    • Bring your smartphone with the Duo, Workday, and Bucknell University mobile apps installed.
    • If you do not have a smartphone, bring your cell phone.
       

2. Supervisor/Contact will verify building and Room
(emailed to Supervisor/Contact ~1 hour and 5 minutes after ticket creation)
 

3. On your first day of employment, please setup the following.

4. If you are assigned a Bucknell-owned computer, please configure the following:
