Help! I did NOT setup Bucknell Account Management recovery information or my recovery information is not valid and my password expired!

If you cannot reset your password because you have no recovery information in Bucknell Account Management (BAM) or your recovery information is no longer valid, you will need to contact the Tech Desk for assistance.

  1. The Tech Desk will verify your identity.
  2. You will be asked to provide your Recovery Email Address and Recovery Cell Phone Number to the technician. 
  3. When instructed, you will follow the Password Recovery Instructions.
