Receiving a lot of unwanted calls?
The Call Screening feature helps you reduce unwanted calls. When this setting is enabled, incoming direct external callers will be prompted to press a button to reach you. Callers who do not respond will be disconnected.

Zoom Phone AI Companion
Call summary with AI Companion in Zoom Phone allows you to generate summaries of your phone conversations using AI technology. At the end of a call, summaries are automatically accessible through call history logs in the Zoom app or web portal. These summaries include dates, names, and key discussion points, which can be edited and emailed as needed. You can choose between a condensed or complete version of the summary. You are informed of transcription and AI Companion usage through disclaimers and visual indicators.

Did you know you can personalize your Zoom Phone Account, check your Call History, Voice mail, Block Numbers and change the Audio Prompt Language, plus much more! All from the Zoom Phone Web Portal?

Call Handling allows you to do the following:
- Toggle on/off devices you want to receive zoom calls. You can also set how long you want the phone to ring before forwarding to voicemail, as well as how to handle the call when your busy on another call.
- Set the Business Hours you are available to receive calls each day.
- Set the Closed Hours
- Set Holiday Hours
Voice mail Create different greetings for Business Hours and Closed Hours
Personalize your voice mail greeting. You can record a greeting, upload a greeting or use text to
speech.
Delegation & Assistant- Allows you to assign users to place calls and answer calls on your behalf.
Block Numbers – You can add spam callers to your own blocked list.
Change Audio Prompt Language – Set the default audio prompt language for your extension

- Emergency Location - Please change the default address to your actual On-Campus address. This address is provided to Emergency Services in case of an emergency.
- Personal Emergency Address – Please set if you are working from a different location so emergency
- services will know where to find you in case of an emergency.
