How do I run security updates on a Mac?

  1. Go to System Preferences
  2. Select Software Updates
  3. Select More info...
    Software Updates window with More info options
  4. Install all available updates for your current OS version.
    Select all updates listed and click Install Now button
  5. Updates will install. Restart when prompted.
