How do I delegate permission to schedule Zoom meetings for me?

If you want to give your administrative or academic assistant permission to create Zoom meetings on your behalf, follow these instructions:

  1. Logon to Zoom at bucknell.zoom.us
  2. Go to Settings. Select Meeting from the top navigation bar.
  3. Scroll down to Other. (This is way down at the bottom of the menu options.)
  4. In the Schedule Privilege section, locate Assign scheduling privilege to. Click the plus symbol +.
  5. Type the email address (NOT friendly email alias) in the box. Separate multiple email addresses with a comma.
  6. If your delegate is using the Zoom app, they will need to sign out and sign back in to schedule on your behalf.
