How do I check if a student is enrolled in my Moodle course?

Students who are enrolled in your course in Banner are automatically enrolled in your Moodle course by a process that runs each morning at around 6:30. That means that if the Registrar's Office adds a student to your course on (say) Tuesday afternoon, the student will appear in your Moodle course on Wednesday morning. Here is how to see a list of the students enrolled in your Moodle course, as well as when your students last accessed the course in Moodle:

  1. Go to Moodle at, and click on the link for your course in the Current Course List module on the right-hand side of the page.
  2. In the Administration block on the right-hand side of your course page, click on Users and then Enrolled users:

  3. Your students will be listed on the page alphabetically by first name. To order students by last name, click on "Last" just above the column titles:

  4. The students will be listed alphabetically by last name, and the second-to-last column will show when each student last accessed the course:
