Students who are enrolled in your course in Banner are automatically enrolled in your Moodle course by a process that runs each morning at around 6:30. That means that if the Registrar's office adds a student to your course on (for example) Tuesday afternoon, the student will appear in your Moodle course on Wednesday morning. Here is how to see a list of the students enrolled in your Moodle course, as well as when your students last accessed the course in Moodle:
- Go to Moodle at https://moodle.bucknell.edu, and click on the link for your course in the Current Course List module on the right-hand side of the page.
- At the top of the course, among the tabs on the middle of the screen, click on the "Participants" link:

Please note that you can also find that list of enrolled students by clicking on Users and then on Enrolled users in the "Course administration" block on the right-hand side of the page:

- Your students will be listed on the page alphabetically by last name. If, for some reason, students are listed in a different order, you can change the sort order to display students by last name by clicking on "Last" just above the column titles:

- The second-to-last column in the list of students will show when each student last accessed the course:

If there is a student who is listed in your course roster in Banner who does not appear in your Moodle course, it's possible that the student was added that day by the Registrar's office and will appear in the Moodle course the following day. If that does not happen, please contact DP&S so that we can investigate the problem.
