How do I connect to Bucknell RDP applications?

  1. Make sure you are on bucknell network or connected to VPN

  2. Go to https://rdp-gateway.bucknell.edu/rdweb and login using your Bucknell credentials
    Be sure to enter the bucknall domain in front of your username - eg. bucknell\abc123

  3. Verify DUO 2FA if prompted
     

  4. After login, you will see the RemoteApps that are available to you.   Your screen may differ if you have access to different applications.


  1. Click on an application to download a connection file for that application. Save it in an accessible location - Double clicking this connection file will run the remote application. You can rename the file if you’d like
     

  2. You will receive a warning message when you run the application.  Make sure the gateway server name is rdp-gateway.bucknell.edu. If so, you are safe to click on the “connect” button.


  1. After you connect, you will have to log in again, and verify DUO 2FA if prompted


  1. Your application will now start.
