How do I print to a follow-me (UniFLOW) printer from my phone?

Install and Configure the UniFLOW Online App

  1. Find uniFLOW Online Print & Scan in Google Play Store or Apple Store.

  2. Search for "uniFLOW Online Print & Scan" with the developer as either "NT-Ware" or "NT-ware Systemprogrammierung GmbH"

  3. Download and install the app.
  4. On the "Welcome to uniFLOW Online" click the Next button.

  5. Your mobile app will display a code and ask you to open bucknell.us.uniflowonline.com
  6. Click on Continue with M365 and use your Bucknell Credentials to log in. 
  7. Choose the mobile icon from the top menu.

  8. Using the number your mobile device displays, enter the code into the Connect Device screen and click Next.

  9. Scan the QR code with your phone.

  10. Click close on Connect Device.

Using the UniFLOW Online App on a Mobile Device

The following screens will be available on your mobile device using the menu across the bottom.

Dashboard

The dashboard shows your printing activity.

Print

The print icon allows you to print directly from a mobile device.

  1. Select Print and upload your file. 
  2. Go to the printer
  3. Select Secure Print and release jobs

My Queue

My queue allows you to see what documents you currently have queued. Jobs printed at Bucknell will not remain in the queue long and you may not see them at all due to our environment.
