How Do I Authenticate With A Yubikey?

Yubikeys are a form of authentication that is a usb thumb drive that is put into the computer to authenticate. A Yubikey must be added to your account by tech support in order to be used to authenticate. To use a yubikey, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign into a Bucknell site, like Bmail, that requires SSO and sign in with your Bucknell username and password.
  2. When the prompt for Duo appears, click "other options" to see the other forms of authentication.
  3. Click the option "Yubikey" and insert the usb yubikey into a port on your computer.
  4. Click the circle on the yubikey to authenticate.

One you have done these steps, you should be granted access to your account.
