Accessing Transcripts from the Audio Player

Get transcripts from your Audio files in Mediaspace

 

Open your Audio file on Mediaspace

1. Click on Play

2. Click the three-dot icon at the end of the row, which is for Plugins

3. The screen will blur, and an option for Transcript will appear. Click on Transcript

4. A new pop-up window will appear, and to the right of the search box, you will see ANOTHER THREE-DOT MENU. Click on the three dot icon.

5. After you click the three-dot icon, two options will appear. A Download Current Transcript option and a Print Transcript option. Select either for a copy of your transcript and choose where on your device you'd like to save it. THAT'S IT, YOU'RE DONE!
