How do I share audio from a video in Zoom?

If you want to share a video via Zoom there are a few things you will want to check before sharing. Share Sound so everyone can hear the video and optimize the video to save bandwidth by limiting other resources so you can share your video. 

How do I share sound and optimize the video before sharing?

1. Select Share Screen at the bottom of your zoom window
2. Select your video (or select desktop)
3. Check the box for Share Sound and Optimize for Video Clip (see image below) at the bottom of the sharing screen
4. Select Share

How do I share sound and optimize video after I am screen sharing?

1. Click on the More under your Zoom controls
2. Select Share Sound and Optimize for Video Clip
