How can I find help with Workday?

Workday maintains its own database of job aids and videos.

Create a shortcut in Workday

To access this database, first log into workday.bucknell.edu and then follow the instructions below:

  1. Click the menu (top left).
  2. Select Shortcuts
  3. Add workday job aids.
  4. From now on you can find workday aids under menu/shortcuts.
