If you get a Service Invocation Failed Message while in banner more than likely you did not sign out out Banner using the sign out icon the last time you were in the system.
To fix this issue, please sign out of Application Navigator using the Sign Out link on the menu bar to the left of the page.
Access Banner 9 Admin again, OR clear your browser cache and cookies. Close your browser windows and access Banner 9 Admin again.

If you want a more permanent solution, change your browser settings to always delete cookies when you close the browser.
