How do I use Webprint?

Please note that if you have a new card from 2023 or newer, you cannot scan your card at the printer to access your printer jobs. Tap on "touch here to begin" and enter your proxy card number. The proxy card number is the 5 digits after the "+" on the back of your BUID. 

Follow-Me Printing

Webprint allows you to print to any of the Follow-Me printers across campus.
Where are the Follow Me printers?

Upload

1. Verify you are on bucknell.edu wifi
2. Go to http://webprint.bucknell.edu.
3. Logon with your Bucknell username and password.
4. Upload your document or file.
5. Go to a Canon Follow-Me printer on campus.
6. Use your BUID card to login to the printer
   • Other printer options if your BUID card doesn't work on the printer:
     • Tap "Swipe card or touch here to begin" and enter the proxy number (5 digits after the +) on the back of your card. 
     • Tap "Swipe card or touch here to begin" and enter your Bucknell username and password
7. Select the Copy, Print Release icon  and select your jobs to print. 

B-mail

1. Logon to B-mail. Open a new blank email message.
2. Enter webprint@bucknell.edu in the To: field.
3. Attach the document or file to the email message and press send.
4. Go to a Canon Follow-Me printer on campus.
5. Use your BUID card to login to the printer
   • Other printer options if your BUID card doesn't work on the printer:
     • Tap "Swipe card or touch here to begin" and enter the proxy number (5 digits after the +) on the back of your card. 
     • Tap "Swipe card or touch here to begin" and enter your Bucknell username and password
6. Select the Copy, Print Release icon  and select your jobs to print.
