Bucknell uses Google's G Suites for email and calendaring. This is our only supported program - we do not install or assist with Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, iCal, or any other software for accessing Bucknell email and calendaring. Chrome is the recommended browser for using G Suites.
For phones, we support and recommend using the Gmail app on Android and on iOS as well as the Google Calendar app. Many times, users will ask for assistance to use the built-in mail and calendaring apps on their phones, but our sole supported app is the Gmail app.
