Streaming Video Request

Overview

Faculty: Please use this form to request that a video in the Bertrand Library collection, which is directly related and material to a specific course, be digitized. Once digitized, you will be able to make the video available to students enrolled in the relevant course through course management software with the relevant copyright notice(s). Please expect that it may take one to two weeks for Library & IT staff to process the request and make your video available for you to upload to Moodle. Digitized videos uploaded to Moodle cannot be extracted, downloaded or retained and will only be accessible to students during the relevant course term.

Please check the catalog for availability before placing a request. Search WorldCat using:

ti:Film Title (e.g., Godfather).

If the film has already been digitized, the bibliographic record will display "Bucknell University Classroom Collection" in the "Uniform Title" field.

If the video is not already in the Bertrand Library collection, you should first request that the video be acquired by completing the ILL Book/Media Request Form.

We want to make sure that we are digitizing the correct video, and in the format that you desire. Please answer all the relevant questions. Once we have captured the video, we will notify you of its availability.
