How do I turn on location services on my Mac?

Turn on Location Services on Mac

1. Run Privileges

2. Open Zoom and click on the Location icon Location icon

3. Select Open Settings

4. Turn location services on for Zoom. Note: If you cannot turn this on your Mac OS may need to be updated. Go to Update Instructions

5. Enter your computer credentials

6. If location services is on for Zoom, go back to zoom and the location services icon Location icon should no longer display. 

Update Mac OS Before Turning on Location Services

1. Run Privileges

2. Go to your Mac System Settings

System settings option under Apple icon at the top left corner

3. Select General | Software Update

4. Select Update Now to update to the latest Mac OS.

5. Once updated, return to the instructions for turning on location services.
