This error will appear on web browsers that are configured to block 3rd party session cookies. Students might see it when trying to view a video in a Moodle site since the video is hosted by another site, like MediaSpace.
Safari on a Mac
- From Safari, select Safari in the menu at the top left
- Select Preferences
- Select the Privacy tab
- If your version of Safari looks like the image below, ensure that Always Allow is selected.
If your version of Safari looks like the image below, ensure that Prevent cross-site tracking is not selected.
