Help! I forgot my Bucknell password, or I need to reset my password

If you forget your Bucknell password, or if you need to reset your password, you can setup a new one in Bucknell Account Management (BAM).

  1. Go to Bucknell Account Management. Put in your username (just your username, not your full email address) and press Next. On the next screen, click on Forgot Password?
  2. Enter your Username and Birth Date.  Type the Word Verification and check the text/email checkbox.  Press Submit.

  3. Select the how you want to receive your PIN code.

  4. Check your personal email account or cell phone for your PIN code.
    Look for pin code from selected method
  5. Type the PIN code and press Validate.

  6. Create and confirm your new password!
