Overview
Use this form to request repairs, toner, waste toner, staples and paper (8-1/2x11) for Canon printers across campus. Supplies can be picked up at the Tech Desk or delivered through campus mail. Supplies (including toner, staples, and waste toner) may be ordered together on one ticket. To submit a request, click on the orange Canon Services Request button to the right.
Paper orders must be placed before 11:59pm Thursday for delivery between Monday and Tuesday of the upcoming week. Otherwise, they will be included in the next week delivery. Delivery days are subject to change without notice. Please plan ahead for your paper needs.
Note: For all non-Canon printers (i.e. HP) that need to be repaired please use the Get Help form or email techdesk@bucknell.edu. Non-Canon printer toner can be purchased the same way the department orders supplies.
