Install and launch the VPN (if you don't already have it): https://bucknell.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/40/LIT/KB/ArticleDet?ID=300
On a Windows computer, in the white box next to the Windows button on the lower left, type: \\xanthus.bucknell.edu and press enter
On a Mac, click the Finder, click the Go menu at the top of the screen, and select Connect to Server. In the field at the top type: smb://xanthus.bucknell.edu/GIS and then Connect at the bottom. You can click the + sign to permanently add it to the list.
