If you are using the Zoom desktop app with a headset, headphones, or earbuds, you may not hear the phone ringing. Your Zoom Phone will ring through your default audio device unless you change this setting in the Zoom desktop app.
- In the Zoom desktop app, go to the top left corner and click on your profile icon.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll down to Audio.
- Find Use separate audio device to play ringtone simultaneously.
- Check the box. In Ringer choose the built in speakers on your laptop.
