How do I create a direct link from Moodle to a Gradescope assignment?

We upgraded our method of linking from Moodle to Gradescope (using LTI 1.3), so you can now link directly from Moodle to a specific Gradescope assignment, which also links your Moodle course to your Gradescope course. Here is how you create that link:

Go to your course in Moodle, and make sure that editing is turned on.
Click on the "Add an activity or resource" link in the bottom-left corner of the topic block where you want the Gradescope assignment link to end up.
Find the "Gradescope 1.3" activity among the list of possible activities, and click on that button:
Add an "Activity name" that will also be the name of your Gradescope assignment.
If your Gradescope assignment will not be out of 100 points, you will want to expand the Grade section to modify the settings. You can modify the "Maximum grade" setting if it should be a value different from 100, and you can modify the "Grade category" setting if you have already created specific categories in the Moodle Gradebook:
Click on the "Save and return to course" button at the bottom of the page to finish creating this initial link.
Once you have creating that new link in your Moodle course, click on it to continue the process of linking to an actual Gradescope assignment:
If this is the first link to Gradescope that you have added to your Moodle course, Gradescope will ask you if you want to create a new Gradescope course or link to an existing Gradescope course. Click the button that is correct for you (new or existing course), and click on the "Link Course" button:
Gradescope will provide a second dialog box, asking you if you want to link to an existing Gradescope assignment (if you have one already) or to a new Gradescope assignment. Click on the appropriate radio button for that choice, and click on the "Link Assignment" button:
The process will be different depending on whether you linked to an existing Gradescope assignment or are creating a new assignment. The end result, though, will be a link in your Moodle course directly to the assignment in your Gradescope course. There will also be a new item in your Moodle Gradebook for this Gradescope assignment link that you created.
