There are several options for using Zoom. You can use all of these, but you should keep the Zoom app open on your computer whenever you are using the phone or meetings.
- The Zoom web portal at bucknell.zoom.us in your web browser.
- The Zoom app installed on a computer.
- The Zoom app installed on a smartphone.
For routine Zoom use, all Bucknell-owned faculty and staff computers have the Zoom app installed. The Zoom app will automatically launch when the user logs on. The Zoom app should remain open any time the user wants to use any features of Zoom - meetings or phone calls. The user must remain logged into the Zoom app to use these features.

To place or receive phone calls, go to the Phone tab:
To create or join Zoom Meetings, go to the Meetings tab:
To change many settings, go to your profile picture in the top right corner and select Settings:
Find the setting you wish to change using the left side menu.
To update the version of the Zoom app installed on your computer, go to your profile picture and select for Check for Updates. To view your current version, go to your profile picture and select Help, About Zoom.
To change advanced settings for your Zoom account, go to zoom.bucknell.us. Select Settings from the left side menu.
