How to resolve issues when signing into Blackbaud?

If you are having issues logging into Blackbaud, there are a couple of things that you should try before calling for Tech Support:

  1. Close all tabs and windows of your the browser you are using and start again; or
  2. Open an incognito tab in your browser and log in there; or
  3. Try opening Blackbaud in a different browser.

If these solutions don't work for you, it may be that you don't have a Blackbaud account. Your supervisor/data steward will have to request an account for you using this link:
