I can't access Google Drive for Desktop and I see a blue question mark next to the Google Drive for Desktop icon on my computer.

If nothing happens when you click on the Google Drive for Desktop drive on your computer, and if you see a question mark next to the drive, it usually means that Google Drive for Desktop did not start when your computer woke up or restarted.

You can easily resolve this by clicking on your Start button to see your list of programs, scrolling to Google Drive, and clicking on it to open the program. This should remove the question mark, enable normal access to your drive, and return the Google Drive for Desktop icon to the task tray in the lower right corner of your computer.
