ask
If you are sending a large or important survey, consider the following best practices:
Send a message in advance to announces the survey through a known communication channel. For example, send a message to the appropriate list (students@, facstaff@, or campus@). Describe the survey invitation, as well as the purpose and timing of the survey.
If you are using a panel for an Email Distribution, do not change the sending email name. If you change the name, your survey may be flagged in Bmail as phishing.
