Vendor needs access to an internal system from off-campus
Installing and Configuring Global Protect VPN Client as a Vendor
Vendors can get the VPN client (Global Protect) by going to the following website and logging in with the new vendor account:
https://v-globalprotect.bucknell.edu

Once you've installed the VPN, you'll see a window open up that you'll need to complete for the correct settings.
1. Enter username and password
2. Enter v-globalprotect.bucknell.edu in the "Portal:" field
3. Click Apply
Note: If you don't see this window, you can open the Global Protect VPN client by clicking on Start, All Programs, Palo Alto Networks, Global Protect.
Connecting to Global Connect as a Vendor
You can then use the VPN by right-clicking on the Globe icon in your system tray in the bottom right corner of your computer and choosing Connect.

Note: If you have changed your password, and you need to update the VPN, or if you need to check your configuration, you can right-click on the Global Protect icon in your system tray and choose Open. You can click on View, Settings to change your options.
