INDEPENDENT LEARNING AT A DISTANCE

  • Protect your physical and mental health.

  • Reach out to your faculty about access to class materials, technology concerns, etc. We want to work together on this with you.

  • Manage your time, and remember academics are still a priority.

    • Create a schedule and stick to it; build in allies for accountability

    • Find a productive work environment. 

  • Use effective strategies for making the most of your work time.

  • Keep taking notes and doing other normal engagement activities.

  • Check email regularly; in fact, INCREASE communication with your faculty.

  • Stay connected with your community of classmates, peers, and friends.
