Note: You must be on campus and able to access your desk phone to follow these instructions.
9641G Phones (Touch Screen)
Enhanced Call Forward
Specify different Call Forwarding destinations for internal vs.external calls. When Enhanced Call Forward is activated, the FORWARD button on your phone will turn red, indicating you have a forward set on your phone.
1. Press FORWARD.
2. Touch Enhanced Call Forward
3. Scroll to see your forwarding options.
- Internal always to
- External always to
- Internal when busy to
- External when busy to
- Internal on no answer to
- External on no answer to
4. Touch the forwarding feature you want to activate. The default forward number is 73600/voice mail.
5. Touch the Edit softkey if you would like to change the destination. (If would like to forward to an off-campus number, enter 8 1 then the 10 digit number)
6. Touch the Exit softkey if you turned on a feature, or touch the Save softkey if you edited the destination.
7. Touch the Exit softkey.
Cancel Enhanced Call Forward
1. Press FORWARD
2. Touch Enhanced Call Forward
3. Touch the forwarding feature you want to deactivate.
4. Touch Exit softkey twice.

1. Press the right Arrow Navigation Key to access the Feature List.
2. If necessary, scroll using the Arrow Navigation Keys and press the line button next to the Enhanced Call Forward.
3. Select the forwarding feature you want to activate by using the up and down Arrow Navigation Keys. Default forward number is 73600/voice mail.

4. Press the Turn on softkey and then press the Exit softkey, or Edit if you would like to change the destination. (If would like to forward to an off-campus number,

6. Press the Exit softkey.
