Please note that if you have a new card from 2023 or newer, you cannot scan your card at the printer to access your printer jobs. Tap on "touch here to begin" and enter your proxy card number. The proxy card number is the 5 digits after the "+" on the back of your BUID.
This error happens commonly when you are trying to print in a size other than letter. Follow the instructions as seen on the image below:
- Press and hold Status Monitor/Cancel Button for about 5 seconds.
- In the dialog box tray options, choose a different tray and select OK.
