The follow-me printer that I am trying to print from says "Load Paper". What do I do?

This error happens commonly when you are trying to print in a size other than letter. Follow the instructions as seen on the image below:

1. Press and hold Status Monitor/Cancel Button for about 5 seconds.
2. In the dialog box tray options, choose a different tray and select OK.
