Students who are using the software in labs or classrooms might need to create a PDF of their work. If, for example, you’re using SPSS and you’ve run your analysis, your professor might want you to email or upload a PDF of the results. But if you go to File>Print and choose Adobe PDF as the option:
You will likely see a screen informing you that the license for Adobe is not valid.
At this point, you have 2 options. You can launch Acrobat and sign into Acrobat following our instructions here, and then choose the Adobe PDF printer again. It should work for you.
But it is easier if you just choose a different printer – choose Microsoft Print to PDF as your printer option.
Once you’ve selected this print option, hit OK and you’ll be presented with a screen where you can save your file.
You can change the file name and the location and then choose Save.
