Annual Computer Replacement Process - Departmental/Private Lab

Request secondary computer(s) for departmental and/or private lab usage.

The annual computer replacement request process runs from February 19 to March 5.  Do not use this form to request software.  There will be a separate software request form after the hardware requests are complete.

***Please note that fulfillment of secondary computer requests are subject to inventory; we aim to begin with this process mid-Summer after the replacement of primary computers. Requests to replace existing departmental machines are privileged over requests for additions - and we can generally fulfill more requests for desktops than laptops. Our inventory of Mac computers is especially limited. Additional information is required to submit requests for secondary Mac desktops and laptops.
