If you want to give your administrative or academic assistant permission to create Zoom meetings on your behalf, follow these instructions:
- Logon to Zoom at bucknell.zoom.us
- Go to Settings. Select Meeting from the top navigation bar.
- Scroll down to Other. (This is way down at the bottom of the menu options.)
- In the Schedule Privilege section, locate Assign scheduling privilege to. Click the plus symbol +.
- Type the email address (NOT friendly email alias) in the box. Separate multiple email addresses with a comma.
- If your delegate is using the Zoom app, they will need to sign out and sign back in to schedule on your behalf.
