How do I cancel the forward on my phone in the Avaya phone system?

How do I cancel the forward on my phone through the Avaya Workplace app?

• Select the Person icon at the top left hand corner of the screen
• Select the drop down from Incoming Call Features

You have 2 options. 'Send All Calls' or 'Enhanced Call Forwarding'.

1. To cancel Send All Calls, simply select it and the forward will be canceled.
2. To cancel Enhanced Call Forwarding, deselect the check boxes to cancel the forwards.
   The phone numbers will stay in the boxes. This makes it easy if you forward to the same number every time. All you need to do is select the check boxes to activate that forward again.
