How do I create a meeting?
- Open Google and click on the nine dots in the top right hand corner of the window.

- In the small pop up window, scroll down to "Meet" and click on it.
- Click on "New meeting."

- Choose whether you want to create the meeting for now, later or schedule the meeting on Google Calendar.

- Whether you start now or later, it will prompt you for your sharing your joining information. Click the copy to clipboard icon and send it to who you would like to invite.

How do I join a meeting?
You can join a meeting by clicking on the link that is sent to you from the host.

How do I mute/unmute?
At the bottom of your screen, there is a microphone icon. If it is a dark icon, like in the photo, then you are unmuted and others can hear you. If it is white with a line through the microphone, you are muted. You can click on the icon to toggle between mute and unmute.

How do I share my screen?
- At the bottom of your screen in the meeting, there should be an icon of a square with an up arrow. Click on the icon to share your screen.

- Choose what screen you would like to share.
