The Tech Desk is limited in what it can do to work with computers that are not Macs or Lenovo ThinkPads (covered by the Bison Laptop program). We can troubleshoot software and hardware issues and assist with connecting to printers or installing software. Hardware repairs or operating system issues will need to go to a local service provider or the manufacturer.
